Salary:

Grade F (Qualified) £25182 - £27711 (full time equivalent) per annum. 

Grade D (Unqualified) £24027 - £25183. (full time equivalent) per annum.

Pro-rata salary will be dependant on hours.

We are looking to appoint a dynamic Teaching Partner to our wonderful SEND Department. The role is to support students with a variety of learning needs within the classroom and beyond.

We are seeking an individual who is looking to make a positive difference to the lives of young people and has the ability to gain trust from students.  You will be working with young people with a range of needs that may include cognition and learning, communication and interaction, sensory and physical, and SEMH, to help them learn, develop their abilities and raise their self-esteem.

We are looking for someone who:

  • Has a passion to help students achieve their full potential
  • Is adaptable and has the ability to build relationships with young learners
  • Preferably has experience of working with challenging young people and raising achievement
  • Is resilient, pro-active and able to work as part of a team
  • Is literate and numerate preferably with GCSE qualifications at Grade C+
  • Has an excellent knowledge of SEND
  • Is flexible and versatile
  • Has the ability to use their own initiative and adopt practices as necessary
  • Has high expectations for all students and an ability to motivate and inspire confidence in students
