This initiative aims to ensure every child gets a chance to prepare, cook and eat fish before they leave school, supported by local fishmongers and fish suppliers.

Pupils from years 9-11 were invited to a mussel's masterclass led by Matt Stead from Gloscol and Mrs Child. Pupils were shown how to prepare and cook the mussels safely using Thai green flavours.  This was a great opportunity for pupils to try something new and, for many, completely out of their comfort zone!
